How to Change Your Password on Skokka
If you need or want to change your Skokka account password, you can do so in two ways:

Through the account:
Access your profile page and select "EDIT PROFILE", then click on “CHANGE PASSWORD” and we will send you an email to change your password. This will help ensure greater protection for your account.

If you forgot your password:
If you don't remember your password, you can request a new one directly on the Skokka website. Just access the menu, select "Login" and click on "Forgot your password?", then add your email address registered with Skokka. After this, you will receive an email so you can reset your password.
Tips for creating a secure password:
- Use at least 8 characters.
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Add at least one number.
- Use special characters.
- Avoid sequential numbers.
- Do not use passwords that are too simple or that you have already used on other sites.
Add a new Email to my account
If you have already made at least one purchase on the website, you can associate one or more emails or secondary accounts (if registered) with your account. To do this, access "Edit Profile", enter the new email and click "ADD EMAIL". We will send a message to the new address to confirm the association.
