How to view your credits balance
To check your credits balance in your Skokka account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Skokka website and log in with your email and password.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select the "Wallet" option from the profile menu.
- View your updated balance at the top of the Wallet page.
What your credits balance includes
In the "Wallet" section, you will find:
- The total available credits in your account.
- The total credits already used.
- A detailed history of recent transactions, by accessing the Transaction history link — available for the last 60 days.
Checking your balance on mobile
You can also check your credits balance from a smartphone or tablet. Skokka's layout adapts automatically to mobile devices, with no additional app required.
