Which payment methods are available
There are five payment methods on Skokka. The options that appear on your screen depend on your country.
Credit or debit card
Card payment is processed immediately after data confirmation. You enter the card number, expiry date and security code on the payment screen.
Cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrency payments on Skokka are available only for purchasing credit packages. You cannot use this method for other types of payments.
Common issues
❯ The bank transfer was not confirmed → Confirmation may take a few hours; as it is processed by a third party, it is not necessary to send a receipt. If it is not confirmed, contact support with your client code.
❯ My card payment was declined → Check if the card details are correct and if there is sufficient limit, or try another payment method.
