How can I use coupons?
To use coupons, log into your account with your email and password and go to the “Coupons” section.
If you have available coupons, you can:
- Enter a promotional code
- Or use those already present in your account directly
I have an alphanumeric code: can I use it?
If you have an alphanumeric promotional code, enter the code in the "Coupons" section of your account. Once validated, the coupon will be visible and ready to use. Otherwise, you will find it already available in your account.
How can I use a coupon for free credits?
If the coupon offers free credits, click "Use Coupon": the credits will be automatically added to your balance in the Credits section of your account.
How can I use a coupon for a free product?
If the coupon is valid for a promotional service such as TOP or Upgrade:
- Create your advertisement
- In the visibility section, select “Use Coupon”
- Choose the desired time slot
- Click “Buy and Publish”
The coupon will be applied automatically.
How can I use a coupon for a free Upgrade?
If the coupon allows a free Upgrade with a TOP package:
- Create your advertisement
- Select a TOP package
- Find the option to add the Upgrade
- Activate the “Yes” option where it says “Free”
- Click “Buy and Publish”
The Upgrade will be applied at no additional cost.
How can I use a coupon to get extra credits?
When you select "Use Coupon", the cart page will open automatically. Extra credits will be added to the selected package at no additional cost.
