We're sorry to see you go! If you've made the decision to delete your Skokka account, we want to make sure the process is as simple and clear as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know before and during account deletion.
How can I delete my account?
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account with your email and password.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete my account".
- You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link to complete the deletion.
How long do I have to confirm the deletion?
The link sent via email is valid for 1 hour. If you don't complete the process within that time, you will need to start over to receive a new link.
I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Junk folder, the email may have been automatically redirected there. If you still can't find it, please start the process again.
What happens to my ads and credits after deletion?
Once your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- All active ads, including promoted ones, will be removed
- Any unused credits will be eliminated
- Active promotions and purchased credits are non-refundable
We recommend waiting for any active promotions to expire before deleting your account.
