How to Suspend an Ad
To suspend an ad in your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the "Ads" section.
- Locate the ad you want to suspend.
- Click the "Suspend" button at the bottom of the ad.
The ad will immediately become invisible on the site, but it will remain saved in your account.
How to Reactivate a Suspended Ad
To reactivate a suspended ad and make it visible on the site again, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the "Ads" section.
- Open the "Not published" section.
- Click the "Publish" button below the ad you want to reactivate.
Ads with an Active Promotion
If your ad has an active promotion, it will continue to run even while the ad is suspended. As a result, credits will continue to be consumed even though the ad is not visible on the site, and they cannot be refunded.
We recommend waiting until the promotion has ended before suspending your ad, so you can make the most of the additional visibility provided by the promotion.
Common Issues
❯ I can't find the "Suspend" button
Make sure you are in the "Active" tab within the "Ads" section. The button is only available for active ads.
❯ I can't find the suspended ad to reactivate it
Go to the "Not published" tab within the "Ads" section. Suspended ads do not appear in the main tab.
❯ I suspended the ad, but the promotion is still consuming credits
This is expected. Active promotions continue to run even when the ad is suspended.
