To check your ad duration on Skokka, it is important to know that free ads remain online for up to 30 days from the publication date.
After 30 days, the system automatically removes the ad unless it is renewed or promoted.
How to Check Your Ad Expiration Date
To verify when your ad expires, you can check the expiration date directly from your account Dashboard.
- Select the user icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Access your account Dashboard.
- Open the “Ads” section.
- Check the expiration date displayed above each active ad.
To correctly monitor your ad expiration date, always verify the ad status from your Dashboard.
How to Keep Your Ad Online Longer
To keep your ad visible for more than 30 days, you can use the available options on the platform.
You can:
- Activate one of the available promotions
- Renew your ad manually before it expires
To keep your ad active without interruptions, we recommend renewing it before the expiration date.
How to Renew Your Ad
To renew your ad on Skokka, follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Open the “Ads” section from the Dashboard.
- Select “Renew ad” above the ad title.
To renew your ad correctly, make sure the ad is still available in your Dashboard.
